“Walk the Talk”, is something you have probably heard within the management arena. Well, it’s my turn to live the word. Pushing others out from their comfort zone, or thinking outside the box  – and have the courage to make it happen – is my job as trainer / coach. So, tomorrow I’ll have the chance to face my own strengths and areas of improvement, while delivering a seminar for +30 executives from Latin America, within their annual / regional sales convention.
